How many kids do you have and what are their ages? 3 kids, all girls aged 7.5 and 2 are 4 and a bit

What is your greatest ‘Dad moment’ outside of your kid(s) birth? Beijing games when the eldest ran out to me after my race

What’s the most rewarding thing about being a Dad? Seeing them growing and their love of life

What drives you crazy about being a Dad? Not be able to play like they do

What’s your kids favorite meal, that is made by you? Pocket pasta…it is in the fresh food section of the super market.

What’s your response to “Dad we’re bored”?Go and make up a game of something, and if I can, I will go and play with them….something active.

What’s the best holiday you’ve done with the kids and why? Byron bay, surfing

If there was one piece of advice you would give to a new dad what would it be?When they are exploring or climbing on things that may be a bit dangerous, never yell out don’t do that or be careful and get panicked, just get them to be watch what they are doing and concentrate. You don’t want to stop them be challenged, but they also need to understand consequences.
