Please dont get me wrong as I love women.

How can we raise the profile of what is really going on here? Lets get some publicity on this. The whole system is a joke designed to suck the very last cent from your wallet and spirit from your soul.
If I had done what my ex did, I would have a man hunt on me and be in jail. She is now ALLOWED to break her orders, lie in court and accuse me of everything and I am guilty in the eyes of the law until proven innocent.
Lets start standing together and getting more and more Dads on board in an organisation that has some punch.
We are all too busy working for the good of our families (and to pay lawyers)to ring local govt members and complain about our so called rights. I mean our apparrent rights, or our "Rights NOT".
I am an awesome, completely non violent Dad and I have seen my child twice in 6 months.
I say we Dads make a stand by calling the radio stations constantly, letters to the editor, pamphlet dropping, advertised rallies or call someone with some pull and annoy them with regular calls.
For the good of our children, lets make a stand.

If anything should be tax exempt it is maintenance. We are paying tax on that money when it should be paid out of our pre tax wages then our ex's pay the tax at thier rate. Of course they still get the same numbers only they pay their own tax.

Family law packs should be more informative helpful and standard and we need our own bank of lawyers that we all pay for. A lot of our cases are the same so we could standardise a lot of things and cut ou\r legal costs.

Is there an internet site that can help us see our children.

So tell all your friends to tell all thier friends to start doing something about our situation. Lets pool our resources and stop being the most discriminated against people in court in the world. Just make one phone call and you will be doing your bit.
Call 6pr 720 ABC, 810, Cmon lets go dads.

Pete is correct. I have just been through this with my ex abduction my child. The stats will be scewed, but that fact is once the ex's allegations (be it true or not) are in place most fathers cannot afford to or are too distraught to clear and defend their name. hence at times finding another partner is the only solution as apposed to saying goodbye to everyone.

I am not sure that is entirely true. Many fathers, in fact a large percentage can't be with their kids because the mother runs off with the kids then claims the father is 'an abuser' or has 'mental problems' and the long fight begins for fathers to prove their innocense because of "the autoamtic presumption of guilt".

The Australian institute of Family studies released that there will be 1.2million sole parent households in Australia - that's an increase of 42% since 2001.
the main reason is because 35% of marriages end in divorce.
For others its because the father doesn't want to be involved because he's already married
