If anything should be tax exempt it is maintenance. We are paying tax on that money when it should be paid out of our pre tax wages then our ex’s pay the tax at thier rate. Of course they still get the same numbers only they pay their own tax.

Family law packs should be more informative helpful and standard and we need our own bank of lawyers that we all pay for. A lot of our cases are the same so we could standardise a lot of things and cut ou\r legal costs.
