Need to add a section on getting the Pizza from the Kitchen to the BBQ and onto the Pizza Stone.
My first attempt ended up in the Garden as it would not move of the Pizza Spatula.
Use a no edge Baking tray. Cover with Flour. Apply Pizza Base. Apply Toppings. With Metal BBQ Spatula slide the Pizza off the tray onto the Stone. When Cooked pickup with Pizza Spatula.
Im searching for the ideal pizza base dough. Now that Ive worked out how to use my new wood fire oven, the next step is to try to make the ideal base. Well the ingredients posted here seams to work the best. This is my 3rd attempt. I can see the light.
Thankyou
Save another step and just add and mix all the dry ingredients together, then add the water. The yeast will kick in just fine. No need to wait, just go ahead and stir the mixture in the bowl with a wooden spoon–unless the kiddos want a more hands-on experience.
When you mention that the dough could be frozen, is that after the dough has risen, or do you mix the dough together and then just freeze it immedialtly and then let it rise afetr it has been defrosted? Please confirm. Thanks.
