		<description>Agree:  connection is key.  If you can&#039;t take large chunks of time out to spend with the kids (and the wife) make sure you spend QUALITY time when you have a few minutes.  A kind word, compliment or hug goes a long way to let your family know that you&#039;re there for them.

Work is certainly a big part of a dad&#039;s life.  But...don&#039;t forget the reason you have a job:  to take care of your family.</description>
